Our well water stayed neutral, after 2 days of stirring, so no acidic jump. But we still have a few pin holes in the little bit of copper piping we have, thankfully most was done in pvc.

So one less reason for it. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Speaking of PVC pipe, what kind of paint can you use to hide the white pvc pipe from looking so obvious in the pond. Is there a special kind of black paint that is fish and pond safe? Thnxs

I read (somewhere) to use marine paint. Also over time it would get covered with algae and hide itself.

Do you know where i might be ale to find marine paint? Would like a West Marine store have something like this, home depot, lowes ? Ur right after a while algae woud cover it up jus didnt want it sticking out at first, Thnxs addy1
