I have 2 water lilies that I'm not happy with and plan to replace. For the replacements, would it be better to buy & pot them now (fall), or wait until the spring?

I think I would do it now. You'll probably get a better buy. Do lilies go dormant in your climate?

I have started in spring and fall, fall gives the roots a chance to keep growing, really take off in spring. Both times of year they do fine.
