Stubborn Blanket Weed

hi guys, I have as all blanket weed problem that just won't go away.
I have done 2 half water changes, used 2 different chemical treatments and it make a small difference, then the blanket weed comes back.

Other than emptying it, getting rid of all plants and starting again I wondered if you had any suggestions.

I will try anything once

That type algae is controlled with pond maintenance. Keep the bottom clean,keep your filter clean and keep feedings in check. Problem is this can't be done just once!

I had blanket weed in my lily pond and removed some of it and once the airstone was put back in the lily pond it just went away .I don't leave a air stone in the lily pond all winter ,I put that air stone into the pond .I also added koi clay to help clear the water .
