We have a backyard pond about 12 ft across and 30" deep with a 30 foot stream connecting and a waterfall we use for filtration. It sits under 2 large oak trees with tree houses and a 35' walking bridge connecting them. While in the back yard today, my wife found 2 ducks. Greatest thing ever! Not the best pic but I was afraid to scare them off. We are backed up behind a noise wall to the interstate, how they found our little pond is amazing. We saw two like in April last year and are hoping these are the same pair and will visit every year.

Not sure about that one. Some here have ducks that have made nests near their ponds. Maybe they can help ya on this.

Give them water, food and a nice place to have eggs and they may just stay.

Lol, I have 4 grandkids that probably say otherwise. Love em to death but I doubt the ducks will. We will just enjoy the occasional visit.
