ok but considering how long it takes the police to get anywhere here I will be home planted it made a cup of coffee and be sitting on the front porch before they even think about going there ..No houses nearby free plants free rocks and what ever else might be free lol. Here you can drive some back roads and not see a house for miles so I'm saving the plant from dieing all alone and sad with no water or food poor thing lol

Gosh I wish we had a dump to scrounge through............all we have is a stupid transfer station w/ gestapo guards. I remember the good old days when we lived in a really small town w/ a big landfill dump.............all kinds of treasures to be had

Welcome, Marge!

I was given tadpoles in a jar two years ago in the summer. They were about as big as a pencil eraser with a tail. I dropped five of them in and didn't see them again for months. The next spring when I spotted three they had grown as big as a quarter with a tail. Over the summer they grew legs but I lost track of one. By fall there were two frogs. Depending on the frog you have (mine are green frogs) they can be tadpoles a long time. They are probably under a pot or rock or some small crevice trying to stay alive.
