This is a favorite pond of mine...I just LOVE the split waterfall...a treat for the eyes for sure...

Sweet potato vine maybe?

It looks like ornamental sweet potato vine. In addition to this lime green color, there's a deep burgundy purple (which I have in my bog). They are both great, fast growers.
Beautiful pond, nicely landscaped!

Thanks for all the wonderful comments. Those potato plants are very cheap at HD and really grow nicely and don’t require a lot of water.
