I made what I thought was a small change to the big pond, turns out it was not a good change! Its been raining like crazy here and TONS of water/soil/silt has run into my pond. :( Well, it might not be tons, but enough to muck it up. I can barely see my fish. I've since redid the rock work and don't think I am getting any further run off. I did a 25% water change today, but its still a mess. :(

I also cleaned the filters today.

Any other suggestions? I didn't want to do too much of a water change and shock the fish. Maybe keep doing 25% everyday till it clears up?

Most, if not all, of the suspended matter should settle out over time. In fact, by the time that you read this, the water should be noticeably clearer.
