Thanks all! It is nice never having anything die off for the winter but of course it is a trade off for the heat and humidity for six months....I am happy that I still have clear water without a bog...I was so worried living here that I would have an algae problem...Today is in the low 70's...50's tonight!...Yessss!

love orchids plenty of flowers , and easy to keep under control.

I know this sounds crazy but these cane orchids were here when I moved into this house a year ago and have never been without any blooms...I have raised many kinds of orchids in the past (never cane though) and have never had any that bloomed constantly...Really impressive....they just keep throwing out new canes that bloom...I have never watered them either...
