I was going to try to figure something out myself and hoped someone else has a better solution than I can come up with.

I put a fake rock over the aerator but I think it amplifies the sound. I was going to try lining the rock with some kind of foam or padding (not blocking airflow to the aerator) and put it on top of one of those garden pads for kneeling on.

The pond pump seems to vibrate against the skimmer and I was going to try to do something similar by putting a cushion or something between the skimmer lid and fake rock I have over that, and put something around the pipe where it exits the skimmer and could be vibrating.

I realize silence other than waterflow may be unrealistic. But I am hoping for quieter than I have now.

Once I moved my pump away from the sides of the skimmer it was much quieter.
