Trouble signing in

Ian; when I try to sign in in the first box that pops up, my user name will not show up. I have to hit the "sign in" button, then the second box comes up telling me I missed something, and I have to do it over. Relatively minor, I admit, but annoying just the same. Thanks. John

Hi John, sorry about the delay in responding to you.

Are you using IE9? I had a similar problem this morning. As far as we know it is a minor glitch that the forum software developers are working on, so hopefully it will be resolved soon. I'll let you know if I hear any updates.

I don't think you're wrong - it happened to me too! Let's hope they come up with a fix, because it is a bit irritating!
