If you want to know a way to rapidly clean the terrarium water you may like this little trick I came up with. You take a regular wet/dry vac and wrap filter media around the normal filter already in the vac and then run the output line into the terrarium instead of the vac canister and simply suck the water from the tank, it will run through the filter media quickly and route right back into the tank. Very fast way to do interim water cleanings to extend time from one full change to another. I personally let the water run through the vac enough times to equal approx 15 full cycles of the entire 32 gallons of water which with my vac takes about 15 to 20 minutes depending on how badly the turtles have ransacked the tank with solid debris taking more time by slowing the flow a bit.
