I am looking at updating my pond filter from a cloverleaf CL2 to Oase biotec screenmatic2 60000. As the fish have grown and the filter does not seem to keep pond clear any more
There are many ways to artificially shade your pond if it is shade you are looking for; you don't need to change your filtration if it has been working for you. What is it you think will happen? My biggest concern would be water temperature if the shade is gone and the pond will be exposed to full sunlight...depending on your location.
