"Upload file" radio button missing.

I just noticed that the "Upload File" button at the bottom of the comment editor is missing. Is it just my computer? It is even missing from the bottom of this editor.

I'm not sure why that would be, as it's hard coded in to the forum software. I've changed the upload method on your account, so that it avoids using the Flash uploader, has it re-appeared now?

If not, could you right click on page where the button should appears, then click "view source" (or similar) and see if the phrase "Upload a File" appears in the code please?
