look on craigslist.....i've seen plenty of them there. or buy a stocktank from a farm supply such as

You may want to add an aquarium filter to circulate and clean the water.

I am planning on bringing in my filter from outside. Will that work. Do I need to clean it first? Another question, should I use the lily plant that is currently still outside?

Back flush yes, total clean, no. You don't want to kill the good guys inside it. This way your bio/ecosystem is set up from the start. Plant is optional, you will need a growlux lamp for it.
