I'm assuming this is a nutrient problem as only certain parts of the Water Clover look like they're struggling. Other parts look healthy. After about a week I noticed these groups of sick looking foliage move. So one day the leaves look fine then they start to discolor then new healthy foliage emerges and another group of leaves begins to deteriorate. the runners have made it around the pond.

Last year I noticed this same occurrence with the Water Sensitive Plants. This problem seems to be common in creeping plants. Because of the nature of the situation I'm assuming it's a lack of nutrients. The heat probably doesn't help it either.
