I have a waterfall and water is pooling behind the spillway - and has to be refilled almost daily due to the water loss. Not sure why it’s flowing behind the spillway or how to stop it. Looking for advice. Called a professional - spent a lot of money - and still have trouble keeping water full. Help!

The water is pooling behind the spillway - it’s not coming from the connection.

@Tracey W
Might be even more helpful to see a video of the water in action from different angles.

Total guess because there is not much to go on, but the stones there have a lot of sharp edges and corners. The kink free piping you have is kind of notorious for being weak, so maybe the stones have punctured the piping and the leak is from there.

Remove more rock make sure it is dry and then place paper towel around the pipe and falls and see what is wet first.

the rocks for the waterfall might be leaking water on the spillway side with back pitch and running water around the basin to the back where it is low and then pools up.
