While cleaning oput my pond I noticed some little worm-like critters swimming in my pond. I thought at first they might be leeches but these looked more like earthworms. I could see them moving along the pond wall like an inch worm but would take off swimming with a paddle like tail. I asked an experienced ponder and he said it was nothing to worry about that the fish would eat them up. So could these be the tubifex worms? The water was stagnant and dirty which is what tubifex like right?? Any ideas??:100:
