What should i use to plant tropical lilies

no regular soil .You can use 100% clay cat litter but make sure you rinse it well before you add the plant to the water or you will get a cloud .I soak mine for awhile before adding them to the pond with the clay .Actually the clay cloud is supposed to be a great water polisher ,but takes way to long to clear .

Wal-mart kitty litter "Special Kitty" 100% clay blue and red bag for around $3. for 25lb bag works great for potted water plants of all kinds!

You can get it at dollar stores also .I get the 10 lb bag there and it is blue but says 100% clay cat litter .Not all of the dollar stores have it .i only find it at 2 of my dollar generals .
