It's hard to know from a picture, but this could be excess slime coat that the fish is putting on to try to protect itself from something in the water. Could be ammonia or all those products you are adding.
If I were you, I would do a major water change, being sure to use a dechlorinator, and nothing else, if your water source contains chlorine.
