which filter and pump

i have a pond which is roughly 8ft long 6 ft wide and nearly 2 ft deep my big problem is which filter to use i want to get it wright first time round. i dont want to spend a complete fortune either i have one small koi and 9 gold fish 3 of the gold fish are very big would also like to fit skimmer onto pump
