I need to replace the tubing that runs between the pumps and filter system. I have a pressurized filter and have been using 2'' tubing with the wire reinforced ridges. it doesn't clamp well on fittings. I have seen flexable PVC tubing advertised. It seems like the way to go. Any input?

i dont think that flexible PVC clamps to well either...you could probably find connectors that will connect your filter and your flexible PVC together

flev pvc you need pvc glue and fittings. works good and is cheaper and stronger. you can get fittings at a plumbing or hardwhere store. then it's a matter of screwing not clamping. i sound dirty!

I use suction hose from the farm store....
You need the right adapter to get a good fit..
Buy the hose and the adaps at the same time for a good fit

Your pump pressure is not high enough to worry about with the flex stuff. Just make sure you get a good seal at your connections.

The feed line can be 3/4" but the outlet needs to be big to avoid blockages. Mine has overflowed at times when the screen over the outlet got clogged up.
