White layer on fish

Anybody have any idea please I have a few fish with a white layer of film on them ? One of them has a few lumps on its back aswell ? Is there any treatments of anything I can give them

Sounds like excess slime coat. Do you add anything to your pond?

What are your water parameters?

Can you post a picture of your fish? Ate they exhibiting and odd behaviors?

I will upload pictures once I’m home later and do a water quality check, my pond is around 5 years old with minimal stock I did do a 20 percent water change the other week. Also the fish seem to be darting around and flashing as I’ve read
