White plastic diverter

Please see attached photos of a coupling with one end that attaches to a 2” PVC pipe end cap with the other end having a metal finger turn allowing water to enter the middle tee which allows water to drain away. I’ve been looking for a replacement and would appreciate any suggestions. I had to disconnect the assembly due to a leak.
