wounded large goldfish

As I was doin some maintenance in my pond and found a goldfish that had gotten stuck in the rocks. It has got trauma on both sides. Looks like its from the poor thing struggling tryin to get itself out of the mess it has gotten into.
How can I help heal the wounds that's seems to be on the scales but also to the flesh? Nothing pink yet just white...

Do you have a quarantine tub or tank? If you do, remove it from the pond and put it in quarantine and do daily water changes. You can add Melafix or stress coat to the water in qurantine, but basically fresh, clean water is best and usually good enough.

make sure that you filter the water and use aeration when you do this .
