What type of moss and any techniques for plantin? Thanks
I had moss growing back by the shed that I kept removing and throwing out. The moss was in dry shade. Now it is in wet sun. I just took a clump of moss and set it on a wet rock. It just took off. It's been one of the easiest plants that I have grown!
The area behind the waterfall is a sheet of moss. It is gorgeous. I should take a picture of it when the pump is off.

The moss at hobbit falls demands some time as the sun loving plants want thats area and the moss when it gets hot doesn't like the sun much.

Love them they just don't last.
Yes, I know. I took out 2/3 of the iris last year to plant something that blooms longer. But I couldn't get rid of it all because they are so pretty.

What did you plant instead?
Coneflower. It blooms from mid-June to the end of September for me.
Also planted Salvia which can bloom from 6 weeks to 3 months.
And let the mums expand. They bloom from mid-July till mid-November.

Hi @Tula ! I miss hearing about your pond. I saw in another thread that you filled it in. I was hoping you would keep it and have goldfish. I still have pictures saved of your pond and garden for inspiration.

We're those in the bog or land? Those are water-wise plants so I'd think they'd die in the bog.
