Ball Valve adhesive

I am looking to find a safe adhesive to connect a ball valve to Laguna hose? tried silicone inside reducer to ballvalve. leaked. need to stop leaks around hose. Also have clay pots that I am trying to put hose into to have as water feature. Need to find safe and strong adhesive to connect them to pond. Thanks for any help

Is it pvc? You could get a pvc/hose barb. Glue it with pvc glue and hose clamp your hose?
