Ok, so I did my first pond water test. Here are the results:

Your Ph seem a tad too high at the moment at about 9.0 it should be between 7.0 -8.5 tops
Your air stones should be running 24/7 365 days a year why are you only of a mind to run them at night ?

Not sure but phosphates could be a tad bit high or color of pic could be off a little .It is so hard with the colors of some of those tests

So do I lower it? I bought some pH lowering stuff, but I'm not sure how desperate the situation is . I'm a little scared to use it.

High PH does not cause algae outbreakks, but having a lot of algae can cause your pond water to have large PH swings.
It depends on what time of day you measured your PH.
