I was watching about putting pond liner over bricks and can’t get it back up it was exactly what I want to do to my pond and would love to get it back up can anyone help thank u I think jimmy gibson was interested in this

Pics would help. Did the liner slip down? How did you secure it?

Either way you need to drain the pond and pull it up and resecure it, usually under a capstone at the top of the wall or a stainless band secured to the wall clamping the liner and a silicone/adhesive bead between liner and wall. Which route depends on how you built the wall and the size of the liner.

Thank u for replying it was back in 2017 the video was done and he was showing how he put the breeze blocks down with the liner and u replied how u would do urs it’s the video that I wanted to rewatch and can’t would. Love to no how to get it back up any help would b greatly appreciated I’ve not put my block work up yet it’s still work in progress

Sorry just getting used to sight I’m sure it was on this forum it was in 2017 according to the photo I took I was watching it there were 2pictures of ponds I took a photo to keep on Bp my phone then I lost what I was watching

What did u use on inside to cover liner

After I got the walls up and smoothed with grout, I first put a fiberglass/plastic tarp for an underlayment, then my EDPM liner. Then at top of the wall I used a product called Rock on a Roll. It protects the liner from UV light and hides the wrinkles.
