I have a rubber lined pond within a mortared rock structure. The proper water level is above the liner. I have a leak or leaks somewhere in the rock. Is there a sealant I can use to seal on the rock & mortar from water penetration?

There is liquid rubber in a can . But your still asking for trouble. Work your water level down to the rubber

Gotta agree with @GBBUDD here - the "proper water level" in any liner pond is always BELOW the liner edge. You can slow down water from seeping through rock, but you'll never stop it completely.

Post some pictures - maybe we can help with some creative solutions.
