This would may have been good in my bog. I do not know what it is but it has been transplanted four times and I think it likes this new place. The purple flowers are pretty little things.
What do you think about taking a piece and trying it in bog? Or is it to dense for the bog?

It's Spiderwort. I grow some in my bog, but just a few plants. I've seen how thick its roots get so I don't let it spread too much.

I have it in land and free growing in the bog. The bees love it! I have not had a issue with it spreading in the bog.
