Ugh what a mess, over two inches of rain in just 4 hours this afternoon. Over three inches of rain since filling the pond on Saturday. At least it is just flowing out the back to an area that does not matter. Lot more rain to come this week.

Lol, true, I checked and that is ok. Up to three inches today. We just dont get that kind of rain around here, average for September is 4 inches. Really has been an incredible stretch of rain since June.

Weird cuz we usually get rain often here and we are dry and crispy and it continues for how long..............who knows! We could use a good long dump!

Thank you! And sorry about the drought, it is very difficult dealing with drought conditions, we had that last summer and it does a number on the gardens. For me it is just the timing, to literally get 5 inches of rain in the two days after starting the pond is incredible. Wish we could send some your way for sure. Getting a lot more rain tomorrow night and then the weekend we might get the remnants of hurricane Lee (expected to be just rain, again)

It has been bad this summer, rain hitting around us, but not here.
One 5 gallon can of gas used to mow all summer, that says a lot!

We have had a few showers last few days, maybe a inch in total of rain.

Hope you survive the downpours!
