What are these white spots?

I have recently moved my pond. I have just noticed white spots in my pond. Anybody got any idea what these might be and what is causing them? Sorry it's not the most clear picture

They look like some sort of eggs.

Hard to tell, are they round ball shaped or flat? If ball shaped then prolly eggs (snail or fish), if flat like a plantlike thing then maybe some kind of algae? Never heard of white round algae tho.
