barrel 2 feed from bottom 40mm pvc into bottom and upfill to 40mm outlet to a kockney koi black box with spray bar<br />

the problem i am having is that barrel 1 over flows .barrel 2 drains to black box but in spirts every couple of seconds do i need to put breathers on these pipes and if so where i hope the pics help .<br />
