Ripping everything out and starting over. Long story short, I finally got my pump and emptied the dirty water to start fresh, which for some reason caused the ground to sink around the front pond and threw all of it horribly off level.
Currently - Nasty green water and 9 little goldfish you can't see
Waterfall as it is now from the top. Back pond will remain emty until I get the big pond right. One at a time. But I plan to put a fountain in the center of that with lots of plants. No fish in this one.
