I have with one female a couple of years ago. They are wild so I really do not do that to much. This female did not mind us at all around. Some as soon as I open the door they fly away.

On the lake where we go boating there's always groups of ducks that go from anchored boat to boat looking for hand-out's. They are especially cute when the mom has babies with her. One time one of them landed on the back of our boat. Yesterday I was in the water floating around and they swam within a couple of feet of me.
