Our 'Moon Beam' really put on a show today. It had 11 flowers open. It's a great plant to own. It blooms every day and the closer you look, the more detail you see.

Nice looking lily's! Don't expect that when you come up for the visit here. LOL right now I'm down to a bloom here and a bloom there. Right now the only thing I have blooming is Panama Pacific and Texas pink shell night blooming.

Is it a hardy or tropical? Do you use fertelizer of any kind or just let nature take its' course?

Yes it is a tropical. It's planted in a concrete mixing pan[about 10 gallons] with Nutricote time release fertilizer. Tropicals like lots of fertilizer.

I'm so glad it did bloom for you, yea, all are slowly dieing back here as well, about half of my lilies are already starting to go dormant. water lettuce has slowed way down and parrots feather is starting to really crank up. you can tell that the pond is starting to go into winter transformation. Minnowman and Magoo are suppose to be coming over tomorrow for a little mini pond tour and my whole pond is starting to die back. :-( at least all the koi are in show off mode now that the water temps have dropped down to the lower 80's upper 70's again.

My water temp was 65 a few days ago and that was before the cooler rainy weather we have had for the last few days.

So jealous of your Hyacinths, mine are just pretty little punks.

This is my first time with them, just stuck them into a floating rope and they went crazy. Kept them bundled together. Had to move some around as they made babies.
