Should I aerate my new pond?

Hi, I've built a new pond, approx 3500 litres, should I aerate it? Never considered it before with my other ponds, but just wondering is it time to start with this one. Will be housing 2 x 60cm Koi. 3 Tench, 4 Shebumpkin, and 5 other 'Goldfish' all of those around 20 to 25cm. I have a Hozelok Easyclear 6000 running a fountain and a 8000lph pump and pressure filter for the general filtration. Few marginal, 1 Lily and some oxygenator floating around.

Aerate or not? If so what do you recommend?
