I took a video of my pond today but am having trouble trying to attach it. Is there a help section to explain how?

First upload your video to an approved website such as YouTube, Vimeo, etc. Then use the Media feature to display it on your post.
Media is the icon showing an image and a film frame.

I generally upload to youtube, get the link from the upload page, head on back to GPF's hallowed halls, click the 'link' icon in the reply window, paste the copied url, and bob's yer uncle! Make sure you make the uploade vid at youtube 'public' when you publish or we ain't gonna see nuttin'!
