what do you use?

What kind of thermometer do you use to take pond temp, and do you just take surface temp or at a certain depth?

I use submersible aquarium thermometer in my pre-filter. It gets a constant and accurate reading because of the water flow.

i use a digital one I got at the meat counter at the grocery store. It is very accurate.
