I have a little turtle pond with a bog that connects to a larger pond via 2" supply pipe coming into the bog and 4" return pipe. I want to put some debris protection around the return pipe but I'm concerned that if it ever got clogged, then the pond will overflow. I'd like to have a float switch connected to an electric shutoff valve on the two inch pipe. Does anyone know if such a system exists, or will I need to rig something? Thanks in advance.
