Black fly larvae

Along my waterfall and out of the filter, there's a lot of black fly larvae (I think) hanging onto rocks and such.

Is there's anything to do about this?

Pray that they are not Blackfly larvae as there is nothing available to control them that won't also kill most everything else in your pond.
