Turtle Keeper + CPL(H)
I know I mentioned earlier that I was getting shafted by the tax man over my ponds and rescue buildings but I had a unique encounter yesterday here at the rescue when a man brought his kids to see the turtles. Well I have a sign that says we can not guarantee someone will be available if you only want to tour and look at the reptiles but this guy seemed nice and although I really did not want to deal with 5 screaming rugrats in the middle of a maintenance day I gave them a 45 minute tour anyway. Guess who this man is? The county commissioner LOL yep and he has me an appointment set up with him this morning to start the process of donating the land the rescue sits on to the 5013-c so that the tax rate will go down to the very fair rate of $0.00
