Hello,
I have found this old pump in the garage but it appears to be missing it’s screw on impeller guard? Am I correct in this assumption and is there anywhere I can get a replacement?
Thanks
Peter

If the screw missing is just to a protection screen I first would just get a new screw . But if that failed throw the pump inside a milk crate or a basket strainer of some sort.

Yes, your missing the protective cover to prevent a bunch of stuff from getting sucked up. I have 3 of this brand pumps. So far have been great. I use the cover on just one of them which feeds the waterfall. It sits just above the bottom of my pond.

The cover will clip and slightly turn to pick into place. They also came with a variety of adapters to hook up other hoses.

If you need picture, I can take over when I get back home.
