Didn't get all of the digging done before winter, spring thaw reveals need for a much higher back wall.
Did some dumpster diving for carpet remnants to create a nice soft base for the liner.
I'm able to quickly add another 8-12 inches to the back wall.
Probably not the best fill material, buy my friend had all the manure I could use and it was free!

This area used to be a vegetable garden, fairly significant slope. Goal is to just use cut and fill to create natural earthen berm.
Original concept. My wife does photography and wanted good angles/props, including a dock for kids to dangle their feet from.
