Floating Pond Skimmer

Hi Forum sorry if this has been posted before , Has anybody used one of these floating skimmers, Im looking for both Good & Bad reports

I've decent things stated from people. The biggest dilemma with the floating one versus the standing one that I've heard is keeping it in place. So folks tend to anchor it with a small weight or tie it in a specific area to combat that.

I have not used one personally, so just going by what I've heard.

Have also heard the baskets are small and need to be emptied daily.

I just got the oase like skimmer on eBay and it works great.
