Flowforms

Hi, does anyone here use flowforms for oxygenating/charging the water going into your ponds?

i just did muliple waterfalls on my terraced ponds.. rather than buying something

My falls are just a pile of rocks around a stainless tub my DH built for me. That's a pretty cool looking way to do one tho!
