Water temperature is 85.5° on surface, probably a couple degrees cooler at bottom with shade. Air temperature today 103°.

One problem with warm water is it holds less dissolved oxygen. Are you doing anything special to oxygenate the water?

No, I'm using the pennington all in one filtering system, with water coming out the side.
So far so good!!
