Milfoil?

Anyone have Milfoil in there pond? Was wondering if it is a good plant for Oxygen removing fish waste, the danger is getting over run with it.
Think there is some in the local pond and was thinking of adding to my plants with it.

Easy to yank if it grows great like mine does, if it is parrots feather

I have mo idea but i can say that milfoil is a night mare in new england and is illegal to ship/ Look ay hornwart grows very fast and also easy to remove
