Wouldn't it be great if Percy is a female and you end up with a family of little Percys and Persoids in your pond? I have a friend who's a professional matchmaker, but I doubt she works with turtles... ;-)

Very nice place/pond! the lotus plants irradiate peace what Percy for sure appreciates a lot
In my neighborhood there is a natural reserve and protected place for migrant and resident birds...and they are slowly discovering my pond !

Muwtel stuck around about a month . but the spotted turtle seems to have been just passing through. Turtles do add a lot to the pond very cool watching them swim

Rubyduby, I was out of town when this was posted and wish I could have commented back then. What a beautiful turtle and magnificent pond! No wonder you want to keep that lucky 'shelled friend' around.
