They look like shubunkins, maybe. Only about an inch or less in size. They get to stay inside until spring.

They traveled through a clear water pump, i.e. no debris fits through that pump, up 50 feet of pipe, down a small water fall, to end up in the deck pond. The deck pond, if the weather ever decides to get really cold, will freeze solid they would not survive, too small to toss in the big pond this late, so in the house they came.

They deserve a chance to live after that journey.
